PRAYER MINISTRIES AT BUMC
MOM'S IN PRAYER
“Moms in Prayer” meets at our local Denny’s Restaurant on the third Saturday of each month (September through May). The group’s primary focus is to pray for the Bedford Area School District’s students and staff. Each prayer meeting is preceded by a breakfast that provides women a time to reacquaint and share personal prayer concerns.
PRAYER CHAIN MINISTRY
This ministry is a group of dedicated prayer warriors who believe in and pray according to the Word of God. They represent different churches in multiple states, and pray over the prayer requests, those who are in the hospital, and much more. All who are willing to pray confidentially, are welcome to join.
DOORWAY OF LIGHT
This is a ministry, birthed through a vision, to cover BMC children and their families in prayer so that our children can thrive and reach the destiny God has planned for them.
Prayer partners, with their defensive and offensive prayers, stand guard as a buffer against the enemy to prevent snags and pitfalls, and speak blessings and spiritual growth into young lives. This prayer shield is an awesome covering.
MONDAY NIGHT PRAYER SERVICE
We meet weekly in our Sanctuary at 6:30 pm to pray over churches, schools, community, government and more.
The group consists of dedicated prayer warriors who: 1) Intercede as the Lord directs in all matters. 2) Minister on a personal level with people who come for help (spiritual issues and healing, personal crisis and need, physical healing, etc). 3) We mentor those who desire a deeper walk with the Lord. Join us when you can; come and go as you need.
